You blow a gasket when things just don’t go your way. It happens a lot to those frustrated customers who have been treated to a useless and raw deal. The artisanal, maintenance, gas or engine box repair, whatever, left a lot to be desired. Customers used to wonder. What, how and why. They no longer do. They ran out of patience and gas too. They moved on. And the inept, disorganized tradesman, repair man, maintenance man, mechanic, whatever, lost out.
There is plenty of fish in the sea, much more than you can imagine. And these days, these guys need do little fishing for new business. They’ve done the work. All that’s left for them to do is uphold their fine reputations.
And move on to the next job. The gas monkey is onto the next job with his gas monkey garage tool box. The grease monkey is already tinkering on another job with the lid of his grease monkey tool box open. And the electrician hasn’t blown a fuse.
No, he’s sparked onto another worksite with electrician’s toolbox on the front seat of his truck. Or packed somewhere neatly at the back, if he’s being accompanied by an able apprentice. Look and learn, chaps. And see how quickly these jobs get done.
It has to be quick, because customers can no longer wait. They may have run out of patience and some, but to them all, time is money. Always. Always been that way, wouldn’t you agree. So, if you’re not there yet, maybe it’s about time that you jack-up.
Maybe it’s not too late for you to lose out. And it’s the small things that always make a huge difference. Like those little toolboxes with plenty of storage space.
